Carol (Director) is an independent marketing consultant with over 30 years experience in marketing and product development.  

Carol has held senior marketing roles with major brands in a variety of industries including ladies fashion, household cleaning products, greetings cards and homewares. 

As an independent consultant, projects have included  providing specialist skills for short term consumer insight and product development projects in both food and non food industries.  Additionally, longer term contracts have been undertaken involving a successful  integration into existing marketing teams to create and deliver ongoing strategies for growth.

  David  (Director) is an independent researcher and consultant and Emeritus Professor at Leeds Beckett University.   For more than three decades David has undertaken research and evaluation to improve policy and practice in a range of fields including entrepreneurship, innovation, labour markets and regional economic development. He has successfully led more than 75 projects commissioned by a range of clients including the European Commission, national government departments, local authorities, private sector businesses and non-governmental organisations (NGOs). 

His current research interests lie in sustainable development, process and impact evaluation and inclusive economic growth.
